Here at CCC we have video cameras for our presentation computers that can provide high end video conferencing. In the past five years online audio/video communication has come a long way. No longer do you need expensive motorized video cameras with special TV computer carts. We have two 37" HD LCD screens attached to computers for an awesome conferencing experience.

This method is better than the old way because A/V quality is high, barrier to entry for video conference participants is low, and its super simple to use. The main advantage of conducting your video conference here is upload bandwidth. We have a synchronous broadband connection that makes video conferencing go smoothly. Plus our rooms are modern and comfortable. Plenty of room for a group of people to participate.

Video conferencing is included in our meeting room rates. So all you have to do is rent some room time and ask for video conferencing.
